Arlington Chayon-Ryu Appointment Policy

We are dedicated to helping students realize their goals in our martial arts programs. As such, we are looking for students with a genuine desire to learn martial arts -- a student that is committed to reaching their goals and improving their lives.

When an appointment time is scheduled for a interview or free trial class we make a commitment to set aside time for you. We understand that sometimes things occur that can prevent a prospective student from making a scheduled appointment time. We simply ask that the prospect call or e-mail before the appointment time to let us know of the scheduling conflict and set a new time.

If a scheduled appointment is missed and the courtesy is not taken to contact us, then we understand that the prospective student is not serious or sincere in their efforts to study martial arts. At this point, we will no longer accept the prospect as a student at our school.

To be truly successful in any endeavor in life, you must be committed to yourself enough to take the first step.
